In Bauchi State's Ningi Local Government Area, 15-year-old Adamu Isa, the son of a retired police officer, has reportedly stabbed by his friend, Abubakar Isa to death.

According to reports, the event occurred on March 27 after the friends had a violent fight.

Allnews.ng gathered that the latest tragedy occurred just two days after a 16-year-old kid attacked and killed a 25-year-old man in another town in Bauchi State.

Allnews.ng learned that the suspect allegedly stabbed the deceased in the neck near the throat with a knife, resulting in his sudden death before reaching the hospital.

However, the circumstances surrounding the fight remain unclear.

SP Ahmed Wakili, the spokesman for the Bauchi State Police Command, verified the event on Friday, telling journalists that on that day, the Ningi Police Division got a distress call from retired DSP Kasuwa Isa, who lives behind the INEC headquarters in Ningi.

According to Wakil, Isa said that his 15-year-old son, Adamu Isa, was stabbed in the neck with a knife by Abubakar Isah, also 15, who resides behind the NEPA office in Ningi.

“On receiving the complaint, the DPO of Ningi Division led a team of detectives to the scene of the incident and evacuated the victim to the General Hospital in Ningi, where he was certified dead by a medical doctor,” he stated.

Wakil further stated that the suspect, Abubakar Isa, has been apprehended and is in police custody pending an inquiry into the matter.

Meanwhile, the Bauchi State command of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), has returned N1.6 million to the families of three persons who lost their lives in a ghastly motor accident in the state.
