A House of Representatives aspirant for Kwande/Ushongo Federal Constituency, Benue State,Thomas Tyolumun Unongo on Thursday submitted a petition to the PDP Appeal Panel.
The petition challenged the outcome of the National Assembly Primaries in which he was a contender.
Unongo arrived the state secretariat of the party in Makurdi noon and submitted the petition at about 4:36 pm.
The petition was accompanied with documents containing incontrovertible evidences to prove cases of untreated Irregularities during the exercise.
The panel is expected to sit on Friday, May 27, 2022.
