"The critical state assets and infrastructure situated at strategic points, recreational centres, strategic facilities and spaces are amongst many others that will be focused on before, during and after the festivity," he said.

Adewinmbi who congratulated the Muslim faithfuls called for peace, love and unity among the residents in the state.

The Corps Commander also warned all criminal elements, to desist from their evil acts or be ready to face the full wrath of the law.

"We will not go to bed during the holidays but rather remain fervent and committed to the corps' mandates and statutory functions, as provided by the law.

"This is to make the celebration a smooth and peaceful one for all," Adewinmbi said.
