A frustrated fifteen-year-old teenager, Hamza Yahaya on Friday hid at a corner in the upper part of Nassarawa flyover, refusing to come out until President Muhammadu Buhari resigns from office.
Onlookers who were amused at the boy's resolve pleaded with him to come down but to no avail.
This caused a gridlock and people filmed him, while one Adamu Abdullahi from KAROTA Office decided to call the state fire service.
In a statement signed by the fire service's public relations officer, Saminu Abdullahi, confirmed the incidence, saying the boy left his parents home three months back after spending some money he was sent with.
The Service did not mention anything about the boy's demand for the resignation of the President.
"A boy of about 15 years old, by name Hamza Yahaya found and trapped at the upper side of k/Nassarawa fly over."
Hamza Yahaya told the fire service that he left his parents home located at Sharaɗa because he misplaced N4,000 naira that their neighbour sent him with.
After spending about three months around the bridge, the youngster must have been frustrated and blamed his predicament on the government.
He has since been handed over to SP Rabiu Talle of Kwalli police division.
