The Rector, Osun State Polytechnic Iree, Dr. Tajudeen Adewale Odetayo has reiterated his commitment to improved educational standard and welfare of staff and students of the Institution.
Odetayo restated this while addressing the Polytechnic Community during an interreligious prayer session organised to usher him in as the sixth substantive Rector of the Institution in Iree on Monday.
The new Rector who called for moral and academic standard for among students also demanded a high level of discipline among staff and students of the institution.
He assured that the welfare of staff and students of the Institution would be one of the major priorities of his administration.
"We must give priority to moral and academic standard of our students, we must ensure a high level of discipline among staff and students of the Institution.
"I assure that the welfare of staff and students of the Institution would be one of the major priorities of my administration."
