Three Amotekun corps members in Osun were injured after engaging in a gunfight with herders in the state.

Allnews.ng gathered that some farmers in Kajola village, Atakumosa-West Local Government Area of the state, have reported herders destroying their farm produce to feed their cattle.

According to Adio John, an eyewitness in the hamlet, when the herdsmen saw Amotekun operatives, they became angry and prepared for war.

He claimed that efforts by corps personnel to apprehend the herders led to a gunfight, with injuries on both sides.

Meanwhile, Bashir Adewinbi, the Corp Commander for Osun Amotekun, stated that three of his men were injured during gunfights with the herders.
