A shopping center in the Ukrainian city of Kremenchuk was hit by a Russian missile strike on Monday, killing at least 10 people and leaving many injured.

Regional governor Dmytro Lunin reported that the missile strike killed at least 10 people and wounded more than 40 others, warning that the toll could rise.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said; “Russia continues to take out its impotence on ordinary civilians.

"It is useless to hope for decency and humanity on its part."

The Ukrainian Air Force also said X-22 air-to-surface missiles hit the building, fired by Tu-22 long-range bombers from Russia's Kursk region.
