Electronic giant Samsung has announced that it will begin to roll out cloud gaming to compatible 2021 TV sets beginning from next week.

This covers all 2021 models, from the entry-level AU7000 series to the 8K flagships such as the QN900.

According to Samsung, streaming services will be available by the end of 2022 to Q50, AU7000, AU8000, AU9000, Q60, Q70, Q95, QN700, QN800, QN850, QN900, WS1A, and LS03A

There is a catch: in order to obtain the whole Gaming Hub, not just individual apps, you'll need a Q70A, AU8000, or specific QN90A (98-inch) and Q60A (32-inch) models.

Additionally, 4K games will be simple to access. Within a few weeks, according to Samsung, GeForce Now will stream in 4K on 2022 and "selected" 2021 TVs. If you want to utilise your TV as an alternative to a powerful gaming PC, you'll need the GeForce Now RTX 3080 subscription to get that higher quality.

The business believes that some gaming benefits will persuade you to get a new TV.

When a customer purchase the QN85B, QN90B, QN95B, QN800B, QN850B, QN900B, or S95B, the user will receive a free Xbox controller and three months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate as part of a promotion that runs through the end of the year.

If you purchase a Q60B or Q80B, you will only receive the three-month Game Pass for free.

The variety of services is also growing, though less.

In 2023, around 500 family-friendly games from Blacknut and roughly 1,500 vintage games from Antstream Arcade will be streamable.

They most likely won't be as compelling as popular services like Amazon's Luna, GeForce Now, and Game Pass.

But if you're sentimental or seeking for kid-friendly substitutes, they might work.
