Kano State Police Command has confirmed the arrest of 18-year-old Usman Sani for allegedly murdering his neighbour's three-year-old baby.
SP Abdullahi Haruna Kiyawa, the Spokesman of the command in Kano on Tuesday said the arrested teenager was suspected to be on drugs.
The toddler was found tied in a sack and thrown on his house's roof at Unguwar Dala in Dala Locals Government in Kano.
The Police Spokesman confirmed that Usman Bala has been sent to a psychiatric hospital for evaluation, adding that when the investigation is completed, he will be charged to court.
