Capital Oil is a petroleum company founded in 2001.The company operates in the downstream sector of the oil and gas industry in Nigeria. The company sources and supplies a wide range of petroleum products including industrial supplies, automotive gas oil, premium motor spirit (petrol), dual purpose kerosene, liquefied petroleum gas, lubricants and chemicals. 

Capital Oil imports automotive gas oil in commercial quantity for the industrial and retail sector. The company has a 14-metric ton and a 10-metric ton LPG plant in Ogun State, Nigeria.
 
 
Capital Oil Plc was rescued from near collapse in 2012 and has gone through a major turnaround exercise. The company has 11 service outlets, which were reactivated and are profitable. Capital Oil Plc’s head office is in Lagos, Nigeria.
 
 
Mr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah the CEO (born3 September 1971), is a Nigerian businessman, entrepreneur and currently the Senator, representing Anambra South Senatorial District in the Nigerian senate and CEO of Capital Oil (CCO, for short), which he founded in 2001.
