The Nigeria Energy Sector Fund (NESF) is a closed-ended investment entity designed to attain a blend of current income and medium to long-term capital appreciation by investing in a diverse array of financial assets within the Nigerian energy sector. Managed by SCM Capital Limited, a subsidiary of Sterling Bank Plc, the fund was inaugurated in 2017 and is publicly listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) under the symbol NESF. As per its most recent financial report, the fund reported a net asset value of $9.57 million as of December 31, 2020.
