Personal Life
Ariana Grande was born in Florida. She dated actor Graham Phillips in 2008 and their relationship ended in 2011. From October 2014 to April 2015, she was romantically linked with rapper Big Sean.
In 2016, she moved on to hip hop star Mac Miller and they had musical collaborations. They split in May 2018. Miller died from a drug overdose that September.
Grande began dating actor and comedian Pete Davidson in May 2018 and they got engaged the next month. Their engagement was called off and the relationship came to an end in October 2018.
The singer started going out with real estate agent Dalton Gomez in January 2020, and she revealed that they were engaged in December of that year.
Grande and Gomez got married in May 2021.

Career
She decided to pursue a career in music at the age of 13, expressing her desire to release an R&B album when she traveled to Los Angeles to meet her managers.
In 2008, she was cast as a cheerleader in the Broadway musical 13. She was subsequently cast in the Nickelodeon TV show Victorious alongside 13 co-star Elizabeth Gillies in 2009. She starred as Cat Valentine. She had to have her hair dyed red every other week for the role.
After the firsts season of Victorious, Grande wanted to concentrate on her music career and started working on her debut album in August 2010. She voiced the character of fairy Princess Diaspro in the Nickelodeon revival of Winx Club.
Her first single Put Your Hearts Up was released in December 2011. It was certified Gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
Victorious came to an end after four seasons and the singer starred as Snow White in the musical theatre production A Snow White Christmas. Sam & Cat, a Victorious spin-off was created by Nickelodeon. It starred Grande and Jennette McCurdy.
Grande's debut studio album Yours Truly was released in August 2013, debuting at number one on the US Billboard 200 albums chart.
She released her second album in August 2014. Titled My Everything, it also debuted at the top of the Billboard 200 chart. Her third studio album Dangerous Woman was released on May 20, 2016, and it debuted at number 2 on the Billboard chart.
Sweetener, her fourth album was released in August 2018, debuting at number one on the Billboard 200. Grande's next album Thank U, Next was released on February 8, 2019, and it debuted at the number one spot on the Billboard chart, receiving critical acclaim.
Her sixth studio album Positions was released on October 30, 2020. It claimed the number one spot on the Billboard 200 chart.
