She was born on May 18, 1985 in Surulere, Lagos. For her secondary education, she went to Queen’s College, Yaba. After her secondary education, she proceeded to Bowen University, Osun state to get a degree in Business Administration.
Damilola’s career started in 2008 when she went for movie audition and was given the role of ‘Thelma Duke’ in Tinsel – Mnet’s first multi-camera production. She also played the role of ‘Kemi Williams’ in the movie ‘Flower Girl’.
From 2008-2010, she worked as a red carpet host and program anchor for Sound City TV. She has also worked with several brands such as Nestle.
Some of the movies she has starred in include; 6 Hours to Christmas, Flower Girl, The Missing, Banana Island Ghost, Isoken, From Lagos with Love, Merrymen: The Real Yoruba Demons, Heaven’s Hell and Coming from Insanity.

Damilola met Chris Attoh, a fellow actor, on set of the soap opera ‘Tinsel’. They got engaged in August 2014. In September 2014, they welcomed Brian, their son. On February 14, 2015, the couple got married in Accra, privately. However, In September 2017, their marriage crashed.
