Personal Life

Ramsey Tokunbo Nouah Jr. is a prolific Nollywood actor and director who is best known for his 'Lover Boy' roles in movies. He was born on December 19, 1970, in Lagos to an Israeli father and a Yoruba mother who hails from Owo, Ondo State.

Education

He attended Atara Primary School for his primary education and Community Grammar School for his secondary education, both in Surulere. After his secondary education, he obtained a diploma in Mass Communication from the University of Lagos.

Career

Ramsey first considered going into music when he was 20, but he got pushed by his friend to go into acting. His acting career started when he auditioned and got a role in the TV show ‘Fortunes’ which ran from 1993-1994.

In 1996, Ramsey made his major feature film debut in ‘Silent Night’. He has since starred in numerous movies, mostly featuring as the lead role.

He has also worked alongside several Nollywood stars like Joke Silva, Rita Dominic, Jim Iyke, Kunle Afolayan, John Dumelo, Nse Ikpe-Etim, Omotola Jolade-Ekeinde, Genevieve Nnaji, Ini Edo and so on.
