AllNews recalls that hoodlums invaded the residence of Agunbiade who is the Majority Leader of Lagos State House of Assembly and carted away COVID-19 palliatives.

Agunbiade (Ikorodu Constituency 1), while reacting in a statement on Saturday, said “For my birthday on 25th October 2020, I have sent out, through my Media Team, notice of my intention to give support to 50 widows who have already been nominated by different groups in a programme christened Widows Mite for Widows and also distribute to some vulnerable and indigent individuals across the three local councils of my constituency, some palliative materials donated by the state and federal governments, as well as myself.”

Reacting, Makinwa, in a tweet, said Then someone said he was planning to share the palliatives on his birthday, I simply cannot can’t, my head is spinning from it all. How do you share what is rightfully ours on your birthday like a messiah saving the masses, you profit off their poverty? Disgusting."

Lekki Massacre: Minister Says Buhari Will Address Lekki Shooting , Reveals When

Sunday Dare, the Minister of Youth and Sport has revealed that President Muhammadu Buhari will address Nigerians on the Lekki shootings.

Dare who made this revelation during an interview on Arise TV said that the President would address the nation when has gathered all facts relating to the incident.

“For sure, the President has ordered for an investigation. He had a National Security Meeting yesterday (Friday). I can tell you that this is ongoing already.

“The President wants to have the facts and that is going to be made public.

“It is going to be difficult to hide all these facts because we live in a multimedia world and we have evidence, collaborations, and all of that, and I think it is important to get the facts right.

“That is the path that the President has toed and I am sure that when these facts are made available, this President because he has integrity, will level with the Nigerian people about what happened on Tuesday in Lekki,” Dare said while explaining why President Buhari did not address the Lekki killings in his national address on Thursday.

It will be recalled that President Buhari while delivering his national address on Thursday failed to comment on the alleged killing of #ENDSARS protesters at Lekki toll gate on Tuesday.

The President was severely criticized by Nigerians expecting the President to condemn the act that allegedly led to the death of some Nigerian youths.

#EndSARS: 'Who Ordered Shooting Of Peaceful Protesters At Lekki?' - Nigerian OAP Asks

As the #EndSARS campaign continues, a radio personality, Oluwakemi Itari Owatemi, 'Kemi Smallz' has - like many Nigerians - asked the big question of who ordered the infamous Lekki shooting.

AllNews recalls that Femi Adesina, a media adviser to the president, in an interview with Channels Television on Friday night, argued that President Muhammadu Buhari's much-criticised speech adequately met Nigerians’ demands.

According to Adesina, Buhari deliberately refused to make comments on Tuesday’s Lekki shootings which resulted in death, because both the Lagos State government and Nigeria Defence Headquarters are yet to conclude their investigations on the matter.
