History Of Chanchaga

Chanchaga Local Government Area (LGA) is situated in Niger State, Nigeria. The headquarters of Chanchaga LGA is located in the state capital of Minna. The LGA covers an area of 72 square kilometers. According to the 2006 census, Chanchaga LGA had a population of 201,429 inhabitants.

Chanchaga LGA comprises several towns and villages, including Bako, Kangwa, Nagun, Zakwogi, Pette, Shana, Kuka, and Babeji.
