History Of Edatti

Edati Local Government Area (LGA) is situated in Niger State, Nigeria, within the North-central geopolitical zone.The headquarters of the LGA, Enagi town, lies along the A124 highway at coordinates 9°08′00″N 5°33′00″E. With an area of 1,752 square kilometers.

The estimated population of Edati LGA is approximately 139,413 inhabitants. The population is ethnically diverse, with members of various ethnic groups such as the Nupe and the Gbagyi residing in the area.

Edati LGA comprises several towns and villages, including Katamba Bologi, Guza, and Lenfabororo, in addition to Enagi. The Hausa and Nupe languages are among the commonly spoken languages in Edati LGA,
