Isiala Ngwa South 2023 Presidential Election Results
Isiala Ngwa South Local Government Area (LGA) is located in the southeastern part of the state. The headquarters of the LGA is located in the town of Umuobiakwa. The LGA is known for its rich cultural heritage, agricultural resources and it is a major center of trade and commerce. Isiala Ngwa South LGA covers an area of approximately 459km⊃2;, and the population was estimated to be around 150,000 people as of 2006 census. The LGA is made up of several towns and villages, including Umuokpara, Umuosu, Umueze and Umuogudu.
It is bordered by Isiala Ngwa North Local Government Area to the west, Obi Ngwa Local Government Area to the south, Bende Local Government Area to the east and Arochukwu Local Government Area to the north.
