History Of Jada

Jada Local Government Area in Adamawa State, located in the North-east geopolitical zone of Nigeria. Jada is a local government area was excavated or carved out from Ganye Local Government Area in Adamawa State, Nigeria. Ganye, Jada, Toungo, and some part of Mayo Belwa are occupied by Chamba people (also known as Samba or Sama).

Towns and villages in Jada LGA include Danaba, Jada, Koma, Nyibango, Leko, Mbulo, Yelli, and Mapeo. The estimated population of Jada LGA is approximately 113,482 inhabitants, with the majority belonging to the Koma ethnic sub-division. The Koma language is extensively spoken in the Jada LGA.
