Karu 2023 Presidential Election Results
Karu Local Government Area (LGA) is situated in Nasarawa State, central Nigeria. Its headquarters is in the town of New Karu, which is close in proximity to the FCT. The LGA shares borders with Keffi LGA, parts of the Federal Capital Territory, and Kaduna State.
Karu LGA comprises various towns and villages, including Gidan Mangoro, Gitata, Karshi, Karu, Uke, Achak, Jemage, and Kukuri. According to the 2006 census, the population of mainly New Karu town was recorded at 205,477.
