History Of Mubi North

Mubi North local government area is situated within Adamawa state, North-east geopolitical zone of Nigeria. The headquarters of the LGA are in the town of Mubi and the LGA is made up of several towns and villages which include Mobu, Mayo Bani, Muchalla, Guri, Duga, Bantahi, Tsemo, and Wafango.

The estimated population of Mubi north LGA is put at 188,301 inhabitants with the area mostly populated by members of the Gude Nzanyi and Fali ethnic divisions. The Gude Nzanyi language is spoken in Mubi North
