Ngor Okpala Local Government Area is located in Imo State, Nigeria. It serves as a connecting point between Abia and Rivers states of Nigeria. With an area of 561 square kilometers, Ngor Okpala is the largest local government area in Imo State and one of the largest in Nigeria. The population was recorded as 159,932 at the 2006 census. The headquarters of Ngor Okpala LGA is in the town of Umuneke Ngor.
