History Of Suleja

Suleja Local Government Area (LGA) is situated in Niger State, North-central Nigeria. The city of Suleja serves as the administrative headquarters of the LGA

As of the 2016 census, the population of Suleja LGA was recorded at 260,240 residents. Suleja LGA is characterized by a diverse population, comprising members of ethnic groups such as Hausa, Gbagyi, Gwari, and Fulani. Towns and villages within Suleja LGA include Gupena, Apia, Buru, Gusun, Guraka, Bwoi, Chimbi, and Chizako

The predominant language spoken in Suleja LGA is the Hausa language, serving as a means of communication among residents, other languages such as Gbagyi, Gwari, and Fulani may also be spoken within the community.
