Ugwunagbo local government area in Abia State, Nigeria. It is situated as a suburb of Aba. Ugwunagbo covers an area of 108 square kilometers and had a population of 97,710 according to the 2011 census.

The local government area relies primarily on farming and supplies farm products such as yam, maize, cocoa, and palm oil to Aba and its surroundings. There is also a mention of a small deposit of crude oil in Obuzo. Notable cities in Ugwunagbo include Obegu, Ngwayiekwe, Ihie, and Asa-Umunka.
