Umu-Nneochi Local Government Area in southern part of Abia state, Nigeria. The capital of Umu-Nneochi Local Government Area is Umudike. It is situated at Latitude and longitude of 5.6386, 7.5667 respectively. The area is mostly rural and it is a home of several towns and villages.

It is made up of several towns and villages, and is known for its rich cultural heritage and diverse population. The area is primarily an agricultural region, with crops such as yam, cassava, and palm oil being majorly produced.
