A 16-year-old has been shot dead by security forces in the Sudanese anti-coup protest, in the city of Omdurman.
The incident took place on Sunday during the protests that have been long-drawn in the country.
During the protests, security forces were reported to have fired bullets and tear gas at the protesters with aim of dispersing them. Tens of thousands of people have joined the protests going on in the country which has led to the death of many others. It was declared that over 41 death has been recorded since the start of the protests.
The country experienced a military takeover last month when the military ousted the sitting government and launched the country into repeated violent attacks.
General Abdel Fattah al-Burhan declared a state of emergency on October 25, ousting the interim government. This provoked people to take to the streets marching against the governments.
Also on Saturday hundreds of protesters put up barricades, burned tyres, and also set a police station on fire.
