2022 Jeep Wagoneer To Be First Car With Amazon Fire TV

American automobile and a division of Stellantis, Jeep has officially announced that the 2022 model, the Grand Wagoneer will be the first car to have new models of the Amazon Fire TV integration.

The new jeep model will be premiered next week and it will be the first car in the world to come with the Amazon Fire tv platform preloaded, while also offering Alexa integration for voice commands and the typical Uconnect 5 system.

The new Amazon entertainment system officially called Fire TV for Auto comes with four notable features.

First, the new Jeep Wagoneer series features dedicated screens for the rear passengers and the drivers. The passengers on the rear seat can enjoy uninterrupted streaming in the car while the driver can only watch when the car is packed.

Amazon allows users to download the content in order to continue watching their favorite TV shows and movies, this is made possible even in areas where there is no internet connection. Users can download movies using Wi-Fi internet connection to download the movie and then watch it on the road without the need for a permanent connection.

The Amazon Fire TV for Auto comes with a special remote that allows Jeep users to control the system and search for the specific shows of their choice with the help of Alexa.

Lastly, the remote control also connects to the Uconnect system for other features, such as access to the climate controls.

Amazon says Fire TV for Auto will also be “packaged with other connected services and made available later this year in Canada, Mexico, and the United States
