The All Progressives Congress (APC) will begin the sale of Expression of Interest and Nomination forms for the different elective positions ahead of the primaries for the 2023 elections on Tuesday.
The exercise was scheduled to begin on Saturday, April 23, but was shifted to today (Tuesday) due to the inability of the contractor to deliver the forms.
Reports say organising secretaries from the 36 states have been instructed by the National Working Committee (NWC) of the party to purchase forms for aspirants contesting for positions in the State House of Assembly.
The above is part of the efforts to meet up with the schedule of activities and the timetable of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
The sale of forms for those vying for the National Assembly, governorship, and presidential tickets will be sold by the National Secretariat at three designated places.
The NWC also instructed that state legislature nomination forms should be sold at the state headquarters.
Felix Morka, APC National Publicity Secretary, spoke with newsmen on Monday, confirming that the sale of the forms will commence on Tuesday,
"We are set to commence sale tomorrow (Tuesday). The guideline for the exercise will soon be released on our platform.
"While the forms for the State House of Assembly will be sold at the State level nationwide, others will be sold here at the national secretariat", he stated.
