The screening committee of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has revealed that it did not screen former president Goodluck Jonathan.
The update was given on Friday by the Chairman of the screening committee, John Odigie-Oyegun when his report was submitted to the APC National Chairman, Abdullahi Adamu, at an ongoing meeting of the National Working Committee.
Speaking with pressmen, Oyegun stated that contrary to news making the rounds, Goodluck Jonathan was not at Transcorp Hilton for the exercise.
The development comes on the heels of reports that the APC had trimmed down the list of its presidential aspirants from 23 to 13.
