2023 Election: 37 Northern Groups Endorse Tinubu For President

The Arewa Organisations Movement for Asiwaju, an umbrella body of 37 groups in the North has endorsed APC chieftain, Bola Ahmed Tinubu for president come 2023 elections.

The group described Tinubu as the best candidate for the position.

This was disclosed by the group's coordinator, Senator Abu Ibrahim at the Katsina State government house during a visit.

While being received by the governor, Aminu Bello Masari, Ibrahim called on party leaders of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) to support their candidate in his quest.

While reiterating that Tinubu had always been a close ally to the North especially Katsina, he stated that the presidential aspirant had transformed Lagos state when he was the governor.

Governor Masari who spoke while welcoming the group expressed satisfaction over the visit, adding that Tinubu is a patriot.

He further called on all other groups in support of Tinubu to merge as one group in order to achieve more united.
