    Actress Funke Akindele has removed all political posts from her Instagram account.

    The actress deleted all political posts involving herself and Jandor after they ran for governor and deputy governor positions in Lagos state under the People's Democratic Party and lost.

    Funke's action comes just hours after the 2023 gubernatorial elections in Lagos were held amid allegations of thuggery and tribalism.

    PDP was defeated by the  incumbent Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
