2023 Elections: Kwankwaso Leads In Seven Kano Local Governme

Results released by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Kano State on Sunday show that the presidential candidate of the New Nigerian Peoples Party (NNPP), Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso, is leading with 43,625 votes in seven local government areas of the state.

As of now, 69,997 votes have been counted.

Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, the presidential candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) is next to Kwankwaso, while Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) secured 15,896 votes.

Peter Obi  of Labour Party trails with 792 votes.
