The Governor of Borno State, Babagana Umara Zulum, has cast his vote in the ongoing gubernatorial and state assembly elections at the Mafa Local Government Area of the State.
Zulum who voted at the Ajari Polling Unit 006 on Saturday commended the process of the election.
He also expressed satisfaction with the turnout of the voters for the exercise.
The governor further commended the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for the timely commencement of the voting exercise.
He urged the people to conduct themselves peacefully towards the success of the election.
