2023: Group Declares Support For Tinubu

The Progressive Movement for Bola Ahmed Tinubu(PM4BAT) has declared its unwavering support for the All Progressive Congress (APC) Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the presidential candidate in the forthcoming 2023 election.

This was disclosed at the group's official declaration and press briefing held in Abuja, the nations capital on Sunday.

The  Deputy Director General PM4BAT,  Comrade Olatunde Awoyemi stated that Bola Ahmed Tinubu is a trusted candidate judging from his leadership as the former governor of Lagos.

Awoyemi said the movement upheld and pledged its unreserved support to walk all the nooks and crannies of the country.

"To mobilise all the eligible voters wherever they may be to vote and elect the candidate of All Progressive Congress (APC) in the person of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

"To win the Feb 13th, 2023, Presidential election and to lead this country to a greater height."

While fielding questions from the press, the Campaign Deputy Director expressed worry over the current insecurity situation in the country, believing that their candidate working in collaboration with the security operatives will make the situation a thing of the past.

Speaking on the Muslim-Muslim ticket, Awoyemi said it was done on the premise of track record.

"In politics, every participant looks at his winning ability.

"It is true that the his age is worrisome but they should be calm as he is hale and hearty and very experienced.

"We ask Nigerians to be hopeful and look at his track record as they are a visible landmark of his achievements."

South East Coordinator Steven Chinedu charged Nigerians to rise and give their support and vote for the candidate of the APC to enable him change the narrative and the system of governance in the country.
