"This is no time to for the party's bigwigs to work at cross purposes, owing to political differences," Oyeleke said.

In his remarks, Bintinlaye described the reconciliation as timely, divine and an act of God,’ urging others to give peace a chance.

"This is timely, divine and an act of God. It is not a coincidence that this meeting came on my 55th birthday anniversary.

"I also thank the party's structure, leaders and those who intervened especially my personal assistant, Pince Saheed Shittu who made this meeting possible."

Bintinlaye expressed hope that sustained unity amongst members of the party would bring about more progress and development in Offa local government.

On his part, Jatto said unity amongst stakeholders can foster prosperity in the party.

"Our strength lies in unity; those who think we will go into battle divided and take advantage of it will be disappointed."

The aggrieved members harmoniously said the rift between them was over and a new political atmosphere has henceforth commenced.

Others at the meeting were Honourable Bintinlaye's Personal Assistant, Prince Saheed Shittu and media aide, Jimoh Taofik Adekunle.
