Peter Obi and Ooni of Ife, Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi
The presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi and his running mate Datti Baba Ahmed on Tuesday were in Osun State to pay a visit to the Ooni of Ife, Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi in Ile-Ife.
Obi who arrived at the Ile Oodua palace of the Ooni was received amidst wild cheers.
Obi has been meeting with political leaders, notable Nigerians and traditional rulers all over the country in preparation for the 2023 general elections and commencement of electioneering campaigns.
In a widely publicised picture, he was on a visit to former President, General Ibrahim Babangida and former Head of State, General Abdulsalami Abubakar in Minna, Niger State.
