The Leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Ayodele, says Pastor Tunde Bakare cannot win an election in his church not to talk of winning an election in Nigeria.

AllNews Nigeria reports that Primate Ayodele stated this in his warning message in 2021, and added that Tunde Bakare is mismanaging the grace of God upon his life and ministry.

The clergy warned Pastor Bakare of the Citadel Global Community Church not to bother contesting for the position of President of Nigeria following his comments on running for president in 2023 after a closed-door meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari.

Tunde Bakare, after meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari on October 15, 2021 said that he will contest for the position of President of Nigeria if God and Nigerians ask him to.

In a recent update, Pastor Tunde Bakare on Thursday, May 5, 2022, purchased the All Progressives Congress,( APC), expression of interest, and nomination forms for the Presidency.

Meanwhile, before now, Primate Ayodele said that Tunde Bakare cannot win an election in his church not to talk of winning an election in Nigeria.

In a statement by his media aide, Oluwatosin Osho, the clergyman said, "Tunde Bakare is mismanaging the grace of God upon his life and ministry.

"The dream of becoming Nigeria’s president is not realistic for him, he can’t even win an election in his church not to talk of Nigeria.

"If he has money, he should use it to help the less privileged in his church instead of going about wasting his time for nothing.

"Tunde Bakare should relax, forget the dream of becoming Nigeria’s president and face his missionary work that God sent him to do. He should preach the gospel, win more souls for Christ.,” he said.
