At least seven people were killed while three others are missing after a cliff collapsed in Brazil.
Rescue teams and members of the Brazilian Navy were at the scene of the accident which happened on Saturday at the Furnas Lake in Minas Gerais State.
Minas Gerais firefighters’ spokesman Pedro Aihara said on Saturday night that 32 were wounded in the incident and nine rushed to the hospital for treatments.
The Guardian claimed videos shared online caught the exact moment when the cliff fell on three boats which resulted in the death of seven people.
President Jair Bolsonaro reported that “as soon as the unfortunate disaster occurred, the Brazilian Navy moved to the site to rescue victims and transport the injured.”
