Students of Government Science Secondary School, Kankara, in Kankara Local Government Area of Katsina State kidnapped by bandits have regained their freedom.
Making this disclosure, BBC Hausa revealed that the students were on their way to the state capital as at the time of the report.

Recall that AllNews on Saturday reported that students of the Katsina secondary school were on Friday night kidnapped by bandits.
"Breaking: Secretary to Katsina state govt confirms to BBC that #KankaraBoys have been freed by abductors and are on their way to the state capital.
"#KankaraBoys are freed at Tsafe (82.5km via road) from Kankara town in Katsina state were they were abducted in Katsina state 340 of them," Abdulbaki Jari the social media producer of BBC Hausa tweeted.
