Some Abuja-Kaduna Train attack victims as shown in a video released by their captors
Reports say abducted Abuja-Kaduna train passengers have regained their freedom.
Though Kaduna State or Security agencies are yet to make an official statement about the release, some family members of the victims are expressing gratitude to God for the safe return of their kins.
“Thank you for your prayers,” Yusuf Atta, whose relations were among the abducted passengers, said excitedly in a Whatsapp group chat today, Wednesday, June 08, 2022, as viewed by news express.
It is however not yet clear if it is all of the passengers regained their freedom and if a ransom was paid to secure their release.
