Jacob Funmi Ogunmola, the Accord Party candidate for Atisbo/Saki East/Saki West Federal constituency has been announced dead.
According to sources, Ogunmola, an ex-Chairman of the Atisbo local government, died a few hours after attending a function in Saki.
The politician, it was gathered, breathed his last when he was being moved from Saki to Lagos.
Another source disclosed that he had just finished a programme in Saki when he complained he was feeling unwell.
The complaint prompted the decision to take him to Lagos.
Before signifying interest in contesting the House of Representatives position, Ogunmola was the former Chairman of Atisbo local government area council, Oyo State.
