Actor IK Ogbonna Pens Appreciation Message To Friends

Actor IK Ogbonna has taken to instagram to pen an appreciation message to friends who came through for him during his mother's death and burial.

 The actor lost his mother in January.

One month after the burial, IK Ogbonna has now wrotten a letter of thanks to his pals who helped him, particularly his best buddy, Alexx Ekubo.

Noting that that day remains one of his darkest, he recounted how some of his buddies came through to put a smile on his face.

IK Ogbonna said that many guests left due to the gunfight between unknown gunmen and police, but some men and ladies came through the storm for him.

“On one of the saddest days of my life. A few friends came through to put a smile on my face.

"A lot of guests turned back because of the shootout between UGM and the police.

"But these men and women came through the storm and I appreciate you all.

"I also want to appreciate those that couldn’t make it; I pray my state can at least give us an airport.

"I also had a solid support group that couldn’t come in person.

"But did everything possible to make sure my mother was laid to rest peacefully.

"God bless you, I can’t list out ur names here but I am eternally grateful. 

@alexekubo and @vintagedeluxeinteriors, may God bless you for me; you were there from day one until my mother was laid to rest and afterward.

"You are my brother for life.
