Actor Okon Lagos Defends Hilda For Eating Dog Meat

Actor Okon Lagos has defended Chef Hilda Baci, who has come under fire after admitting she eats dog meat.

Jackie Idimogu, an animal rights activist and the President of the My Dog & I group, had slammed Hilda for eating dog meat, claiming it is cruelty to animals.

Responding on his social media page, actor Umoh emphasized that Akwa Ibom people do not eat pet dogs, as implied, and that they only eat wild dogs.

He urged the president of the My Dog & I group not to incite the West against Hilda, who is still waiting to be verified by Guinness World Records as the holder of the longest cooking marathon by an individual.
