Actor Tony Umez Calls Out Network Provider [Video]

Actor Tony Umez has called out Airtel, his mobile service provider, for frustrating him.

The Nollywood veteran, who made his acting debut in the 1994 film 'Died Wretched', took to Instagram to rant about how his mobile service provider has wiped out his bonus and continues to change his service plan without his consent.

According to Tony, he has lost thousands of naira as a result of their acts, and whenever he calls customer service to complain, they apologise and hang up on him.

"I am pissed, I am very angry right now, at my mobile service provider, AIRTEL, they will move me from a plan to another plan without notifying me.

"When I lay a complaint, the operator cuts the phone on me after the usual apology; ‘Eh I am sorry, we had to upgrade you’. Upgrade me without my consent …

"They do this on a regular, am pissed and very angry…They have taken me back to that plan but they have wiped out almost 22000 naira bonus", the actor lamented.
