Actress Ini Edo has opened up about her new series coming up on Netflix.
Netflix revealed earlier that a new Nigerian series starring Ini Edo, Richard Mofe Damijo, Shaffy Bello, Mercy Eke, and others will premiere on the platform on January 20, 2023.
Ini Edo has now revealed that she co-produced the six-episode series, which cost her tears and blood.
She stated that they sank their heart into making the movie and showered praises on her team, cast and crew.
"My people.. Goodmorning and a merry Christmas. I have no words to describe my joy and anxiety as we announce that #Shantytown is coming on Netflix.
"This baby I co-executive produced alongside @realchichinworah took tears and blood.
"We sank our hearts into this one and I pray you all will enjoy it... It’s almost here guys .. now look at God!!!!", part of her post reads.
