Ada Jesus: Twitter Users Call Out Daily Post Over Picture Of Singer Instead Of Late Comedienne

Nigerians on Twitter have lashed out at popular site DailyPost over the picture of the singer Ada Jesus posted on its platform in its story on the demise of the late comedienne.

AllNews Nigeria reported earlier that Ada Jesus died in the early hours of Wednesday, April 21, after battling a kidney ailment following her controversy with Prophet Odumeje and Nollywood actress Rita Edochie.

In their report of the passing of the comedienne, DailyPost uploaded a picture of singer Ada Jesus (real name Ada Ogochukwu Ehi), something that irked users on Twitter.

Though the picture has now been changed to show the deceased comedienne, users on the social media platform didn't find the mistake funny and reacted harshly to the erroneous action.

A user, @SymplyVee said, "This is not her picture!" and responding to her, another, @eragbieelijah wrote, "I was trying to comprehend what I was seeing."
