Talented Nollywood actress Adesua Etomi-Wellington has offered a heartfelt prayer for music star Tems following her historic win at the Grammy Awards.
Tems bagged the ‘Best Melodic Rap Performance’ award courtesy of her exceptional vocal and writing abilities on the Future’s chart-topping hit ‘Wait For U’ featuring Drake.
In a tweet on Monday morning, Adesua expressed her joy for Tems’ success and prayed for God's continued blessings in her career.
“God abeg, continue to do it for Tems baby.
"Let the success continue to choke. Thank you. Amen,” Adesua said in her prayer.
Tems’ victory has been met with widespread excitement and has once again put the spotlight on the rich cultural heritage of African music.
