Abuja Electricity Distribution Company (AEDC), has tendered its an unreserved apology to consumers overpower disruption in its franchise areas.

It assured consumers, on Monday, of speedy resolution of the strike action undertaken by its employees that led to the power disruption.

Following the industrial action embarked by the National Union of Electricity Employees (NUEE), the power supply to some of our areas of operation was affected, especially those on the 11 Kilovolt network.

"We assure our customers that all hands are on deck to resolve the issues that prompted this action,’’ Oyebode Fadipe, AEDC’s General Manager, Corporate Communication, stated in Abuja.

“We would also like to apologise to our customers for the inconvenience and disruption.
