Veteran Nollywood actor Olu Jacobs made his first public appearance amid his death rumour at the AFRIFF Globe Awards 2021.
Apart from gracing the event, the actor bagged the Lifetime Achievement Award.
Celebrating him, his wife Joke Silva shared a picture of him on her Instagram account and wrote, “Lifetime award winner, sir Olu Jacobs @_olujacobs, courtesy @afriff.”
Actor Richard Mofe-Damijo also took to his Instagram to congratulate the iconic thespian.
Sharing a photo of Olu Jacobs, he wrote, “Congratulations my very own uncle J @_olujacobs. A well deserved LifeTime Achievement Award. Because of you, I am. Pathfinder you are. I celebrate you and your family this morning.
“It is my good fortune that I can call you and my baby Sister @ajokesilva family. Thank you for ever being so gracious to me. Like my people will say, my knees are on the ground for you. It is well with you!”
