AGF Donates 2 Vehicles To Kano Police

The Accountant General of the Federation, Alhaji Ahmed Idris has donated two Toyota Hilux to the Kano State Police.

While giving the donation to the Mandawari Division and vigilante group in Kano, he noted Security as everybody's responsibility, irrespective of Status, ethnicity or belief .

Idris who gave the Donation under the Umbrella of Al-ihsan Foundation called on Nigerians to support security agencies to pave way for peace.

In his remark, he said, "We must understand that Security matters of our Communities, State and the federation is not the Sole Responsibility of only the security agents, Rather it is our Collective Responsibility

" We should in one way of the other assist the Security outfits, especially in  aspect of providing them with the needed information,geared towards curtailing the security Challenges in our Communities "

The AGF added that the reason behind the donation was to complement the efforts of the Nigerian security agencies.

The Kano State Commissioner of Police, CP Sama'ila Shu'aibu Dikko received the donation on behalf of the security outfits.

In his remark, he thanked the AGF and commended his foresight towards the kind gesture. who is the Founder of the Foundation.

He further appealed to philanthropists to emulate the AGF - founder of the foundation, adding that the security agencies would not relent in providing maximum security of lives and Properties of the people.
